These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the All Buddy platform, including our website (allbuddy.ai), event discovery tools, business card scanning, AI contact management, networking CRM features, and mobile applications distributed on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (collectively, the 'Platform'). The Platform is developed, owned, and operated by Seedicon India Private Limited('Company', 'we', 'us', 'our'). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current.

2. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials (OTP, passwords, and sessions) and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@seedicon.com if you suspect any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use & Content Moderation (Apple & Google Compliance)

Permitted Use: You may use the Platform to:

Browse curated public professional events and access third-party registration links
Scan, extract, and store business cards and professional contact details
Take networking selfies and record voice notes with consenting connections
Manage business follow-ups, calendar appointments, and collaborative team Spaces

Content Moderation & Zero Tolerance Policy:

We utilize automated content moderation systems (including AWS content moderation) and manual review procedures to detect objectionable material. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree that you will not:

Upload, share, or transmit defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, violent, harassing, or unlawfully discriminatory content
Impersonate any person or business entity, or upload falsified business cards
Send unsolicited marketing messages, bulk spam, or engage in predatory communications
Scrape, harvest, or extract data from other Platform users without authorization
Attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or compromise the security of the Platform

Any user who violates these rules is subject to immediate content removal and permanent account suspension without prior notice.

4. Event Directory & Third-Party Links

All Buddy aggregates and displays curated event information for discovery purposes. Listings include external links to official third-party organizers and ticketing platforms. The Company does not host, manage, or sell tickets directly for third-party events. External organizers are solely responsible for event execution, scheduling, pricing, and ticket refunds.

5. Third-Party Services & Redirects

When clicking external event links or third-party integrations, you are redirected to third-party services governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. The Company assumes no responsibility for third-party websites, content, policies, or commercial transactions.

6. Contact Data, CRM & AI Tools

When scanning business cards or importing contacts, you confirm that you have a lawful basis to store and process those individuals' contact details.

AI Assistant Disclaimer: The Platform incorporates artificial intelligence tools for automated business card OCR extraction, audio memo transcription, and meeting bullet summaries. While these tools are engineered for high precision, they are provided as productivity aids. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of extracted contact information.

7. Device Permissions

The mobile application requests native device permissions (Camera, Photo Library, Microphone, Device Contacts, Location, and Push Notifications) solely to provide requested in-app features. You can grant, customize, or revoke these permissions at any time via your device system settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, design, logos, trademarks, and algorithms owned by Seedicon India Private Limited remain our exclusive property. You retain ownership of your uploaded personal content and contact data, granting the Company a limited license to host, store, and process such data solely to deliver our services to you.

9. Platform Access & Future Paid Services

Access to core All Buddy features is currently provided to registered users. If the Company introduces optional premium subscriptions, in-app purchases, or enterprise add-ons in the future, all pricing and terms will be clearly disclosed in advance. In-app purchases made through mobile platforms will be processed in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store billing terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seedicon India Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or event cancellations. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted operation of the services.

13. Account Deletion & Termination (Apple & Google Compliance)

You may delete your account and all associated personal data at any time:

In-App Deletion: Navigate to Profile > Settings > Delete account inside the All Buddy app or on the web platform.
Email Deletion Request: Email our support team at support@seedicon.com.

Upon account deletion, all personal data, scanned cards, voice notes, and contact records are permanently erased from our active databases.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bangalore, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
