Request Account & Data Deletion
At All Buddy (operated by Seedicon India Private Limited), we respect your right to privacy and give you full control over your account and personal data. You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Account Deletion
Deleting your account is permanent. Once deleted, your personal profile, digital business cards, saved CRM contacts, meeting notes, audio memos, and team space access cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account using either of the following two methods:
Delete In-App or On Web (Instant)
If you have access to your account, you can initiate immediate deletion directly from your settings:
- Log in to the All Buddy mobile app or web platform.
- Open your Profile or click your avatar.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Under the Danger Zone, click Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
Submit a Request via Email
If you have uninstalled the app or are unable to log in, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:
Send an email from your registered All Buddy email address to support@seedicon.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
What Data is Deleted?
Upon successful account deletion, the following data is permanently wiped from our active databases:
- User Identity & Auth: Full name, registered email address, verified phone number, profile photo, and login tokens.
- Professional Profile & Cards: Job title, company name, website, LinkedIn/social URLs, digital business cards, and personalized branding.
- CRM Contacts & Scanned Data: Scanned business card images, extracted OCR contact details, relationship categories, private tags, and networking selfies.
- Memos & Audio Recordings: Voice notes, audio recordings, meeting notes, and AI-generated conversation summaries.
- Team Spaces: Your space memberships, role assignments, and shared attendee pools.
Data Retention Timeline & Legal Exceptions
Processing Timeline: When requested via in-app settings, account removal is effective immediately. When requested via email, our compliance team validates the request and permanently executes deletion within 7 business days (and at most 30 calendar days).
Statutory Records: As required by applicable financial and tax laws (e.g. Indian Income Tax Act, GST regulations), anonymized transaction and payment invoices processed through payment gateways (Razorpay) are retained for 7 years solely for financial audit compliance. No marketing communications or personal contact info will be retained.
